Booking Policies

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Nightly rate $1,500 before taxes (taxes approx. $195/night); 3-night minimum
• 7-night stay: $500 off total
• 28+ night stay: $12,000 off total
• Cleaning fee: $700 (week stay) / $1,400 (month stay; mid-stay cleaning unless more visits requested)
• Security deposit: $3,000 (stays under 15 days) or $6,000 (15+ days); returned within 3 days of checkout
• Smoking or pet policy violation: $1,000 fee
• Select high-demand dates: $1,800/night (see reservation agreement for calendar)
